Now this one is charming, don't you think? Maria was such a fun girl! I loved watching her.
Can you see the creative spirit already sparkling in her eyes? No? Well, admittedly she looks like she was feeling a bit self-conscious, but she was likely also planning her next play or party or parade or tv interview. That girl was always directing and organizing! She was a delightful little girl and it makes me all warm and happy to think of her childhood as well.
