Funnies

I am still putting things on my office door that I hope will make people laugh. I'm thinking I'll do this one tomorrow. Is it too creepy?

I think it's hilarious! The word "thong" is a different meaning for our generation and the younger generation. We are from a different era...

My funny 'thong' story. When my company changed to a business casual dress code, one of the rules was that 'thongs' (meaning the footwear) were not allowed. By then they were beginning to be known as 'flip flops', so we all had a good laugh about it. Then one gal in the building wore a linen dress one day that was see through, and we could all see her thong (not the footwear). The joke of the day was that we thought 'thongs' were not allowed under the new dress code.

As it turned out, I didn't exactly display it on my door. I asked my supervisor's opinion first. When she quit laughing,, she suggested I put it on the backside of another comic and let only the employees see it. That was probably a better idea so that I didn't offend any patient.

Yes, that is so true. I still like to call those cheap sandals "thongs", if for no other reason than to startle my kids. Is that wrong?
