Changes

I am going to be "playing" with new designs and layouts for my blog for the next few days.  I'm not sure I can break away from the Orange Paisley background but we'll see.  If you have opinions regarding any of the looks I try, let me know.
I just think it is time I polish it up a bit.

I think it is time to polish myself up a bit as well...

At our craft fair last Saturday our booth was next to the Curves booth.
Remember how slow the craft fair was?
The lady at the booth, Marla, was a very good salesperson!
You guessed it.
I signed up.

I went in yesterday afternoon to seal the deal.
I filled out paperwork and she did the weigh & measure session that
I guess occurs once each month.
Since I had on a dress and was not prepared for an actual
work-out she didn't take me through the equipment and all that.

TODAY
I return for my first work-out.

I will let you know how that goes!

The fall leaves are pretty, but I'm partial to your paisley!! LOL!

I've been a member of Curves, and I loved the workouts. The machines are easy to use, yet effective. The workout music is always peppy, and it's fun that it's just "ladies." Unfortunately, the one close to my house closed, so I stopped going -- didn't want to drive that far to exercise!! I have my new bike, and we have a weight set here, so just have to find the motivation.

I used to belong to Curves and I enjoyed it. My only problem cropped up when I started grad school and the hours of operation didn't line up with my remaining schedule. It's a fun place to work out, definitely!
