A Vacation From Our Vacation

OK, you have all been so very kind with letting me tell you about our trip to St. Louis. I'm not quite done yet, but I thought we'd take a day off to show you some other things that make me happy... namely, two cute little girls.

Cordelia likes black olives.

And she knows how to use them.

Cordy announced to me that when she turns 18 she will be an adult. She also told me she doesn't yet know who she will marry. Then, she told me something I did not know. Apparently age 9 is the official age for becoming a "big kid". Now we know, huh?

Elise likes black olives as well, but she still has to eat them in little bits.

I really don't care for black olives. Sorry, but that is truth. I do, however, love providing them for those who do enjoy them.

Megan used to "wear" black olives when she was little, too. And now she won't eat them, even picks them off the pizza.

I've been enjoying your vacation reports, but it is always fun to see the girls.

So cute! I'm so glad you all were able to enjoy St. Louis. My daughter and I went to Kansas City last summer with another friend. We had fun.

I love being a tourist, don't you? Your only responsibility is to have fun, see and do new stuff and learn about the area.

I will eat them when others have them on a pizza but I admit I try to get the piece that has the least of them on it.
