Super Duper!

Cordelia (grandaughter) came over last night and we had a lovely time.  She entertained us with delightful little comments like, "I'm super duper!"   When Grandpa was showing her a big book with lots of animal photos in it she was really into it.  When she saw the picture of an octopus, though, she said, "Oh no!  What happened?"

I wanted to let you know that I am super duper as well!  I received the phone call I'd been waiting for.  Yes, I got the job!  Yippee!  A week from Monday I will begin my training as a hospice nurse.  It has been a year since I was last able to work as a nurse, so this is kind of a big deal to me.

I will leave you with photos from last night.  Have a great week-end!

Congrats on getting the job! I can't think of a single person better suited for it. It takes a very special individual to be a good hospice nurse, and I'm sure your patients, and their families, will be greatly blessed to have you caring for them.

All of you are super-duper, my Wyoming friends! Such a precious little one Miss Cordelia is! I love the octopus comment. ;-)

A BIG congratulations on the job! You will be such a blessing to those in hospice and their families. God puts the right people in the right places, and I just know that He wants you there to share your special love, care, and compassion.

Congratulations, Sue!! I know you will be such an excellent hospice nurse -- those families will be doubly blessed, by both your experience as an oncology nurse AND your amazing faith. Hugs, my friend!!
