Even without going short-short you still had a LOT of hair to donate. Kudos!

Wow - you have got some gorgeous hair! I can't believe you cut off that much and still have so much left. Hair growing must be your super power! The new 'do looks great!

Thank you for that sweet comment.

Thank you. I have found there are several places that take donated hair to make wigs that are then given away. Since I got the gene to grow hair quickly, it is easy for me to be a donor. I also really enjoy getting a new do.

Allen, thanks! See you soon!

It seemed weird to leave the salon with so much hair still on my head. I'm more used to leaving with a lot less after I donate! I chose a slightly longer cut and then my hairdresser asked permission to leave it even longer. I'm ok with it.

Oooooh, you are very kind.

You should! You are the one who put the model of it on Pinteres. Thanks for helping me find a new do... and for putting up with my obsessing about it.

Ha! First, let me say "thanks". I like that! Yes, if I have a super power, that is it. It grows very, very quickly when I allow it. It's probably some sort of hormonal imbalance or something like that, but I'm going to go with super power.

you have such thick hair! wow! someone is going to be very blessed by a wig of your pretty hair!
when i got my hair cut short, i didn't even have enough for one little bit to donate. the longer mine grows, the more wispy thin the ends get.

Elizabeth, thank you for your kind comment. It must be a genetic thing as a lot of people in my family has hair that grows quickly and is very thick.
